I promised I'd share Lisa's recipe...

Apple Blackberry Crisp

Filling:
5 Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored and sliced)
3-4 cups blackberries (I used frozen)
¾ cup sugar
1 tbsp flour

Topping:
¾ cup butter (no substitutions)
¾ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 ½ to 1 ¾ cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp cinnamon

Bake in a 13x9 baking dish at 350° for 1 hour or until topping has browned and filling is bubbly.

Happy Birthday EEP! I hope this isn't too gay of me to do, but I printed off this recipe. Benson is a big fan of blackberries. What my baby wants my baby gets (Vince Vaughn, "The Break-Up").
