We decided to celebrate my birthday a week early since I wanted Melanie to be there and that might be difficult with a newborn.

Since I can remember I've had a strawberry cake with strawberry icing for my birthday. It's totally tradition now...nothing fancy just store bought cake and a bit of icing!
